How it works?

You need to register on the H2H website: https://h2h.am/register

When registering, you receive our  warehouse address in USA. When ordering from online stores in USA and other countries of the European Union, in the "Delivery address" field, specify the address specified in the personal account of the "USA".

After making a purchase, all order data must be transferred to the form in the personal account, where the order number, online store, name and cost of the goods are indicated. Information about purchases will be stored in your personal account.

After placing an order, please enter the details accurately on our website.

The shipping cost from our warehouse in the USA to our warehouse in Yerevan is 5250 AMD per 1 kg. The weight is rounded to the nearest 100 grams.

ATTENTION. For shipping sports shoes, a DISCOUNT applies, 4250 AMD per 1 kg.

Dimensional Weight. How it is calculated

The dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the cargo. The maximum value is then multiplied by the pricing factor, which gives the actual shipping cost.

If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight of the cargo, the calculation is made as follows: (Length (cm) * Width (cm) * Height (cm)) / 6000

The dimensional weight is calculated when the dimensions exceed 51 cm.

Orders are delivered from the USA warehouse to our warehouse within 9-11 working days.

H2H will place and pay for your order, handle all negotiations with the seller, and ensure the successful delivery of the purchase to our warehouse.
