How is volumetric weight calculated?

Volumetric weight (in kg) = (Length × Width × Height) in cm / 6000

Example: Box size 50 × 40 × 30 cm → Volumetric weight = 50×40×30 / 6000 = 10 kg

When is volumetric weight applied?

If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, the charge is based on volumetric weight.

If actual weight is higher — it is used instead.
